Business Agreement Scrutiny: UAG Attends Opening of Basic Course (1/2021)

Union Attorney General’s Office offered the Basic Course on Business Agreement Scrutiny (1/2021) on Monday afternoon. Union Attorney General Dr. Thida Oo attended the course opening ceremony at the Union Attorney General’s Office in Nay Pyi Taw and gave remarks.

In her address, the Union Attorney said that the Course is designed to help officers give effective legal advice for business agreements between the governmental organizations and local and foreign investors in line with the existing law, by-law, rules and regulations.

She also highlighted the Union Attorney General’s Office’s efforts to enhance cooperation among departments, to accelerate cooperation with partner organizations and to sharpen the skill of concerned persons at respective law offices. This 1-week-long Basic Course on Business Agreement Scrutiny (1/2021) is set to take place till the 16th of May.
