Maria Grazia Chiuri, creative director of Dior said "Our creativity with the Chanakya Company and also the foundation and school is about our conversation on creativity and to explore and to also maintain the tradition in the future.

Also Dior is involved with this heritage. And what I do in Dior is to work with this reference and to move in the future. In Dior it was also very important embroidery too. We are working on this in the Chankaya foundation as well to maintain the incredible traditions that there are around the country.

And to promote this value for the future. We really want to explore the different techniques and also to create new techniques. This is very interesting, a creative conversation about this very important element of fashion, that is embroidery." India, now the world’s fifth-largest economy, has always been known for its intricate embroidery art, opulent textiles and embellishments.
