Education Talks on Anti-Corruption: MoL UAG attended the educational talks

Union Minister for Legal Affairs Union Attorney General Dr. Thida Oo attended the education talk on Anti-Corruption co-organized by the Anti-Corruption Commission and the Ministry of Legal Affairs held at the meeting hall of the Ministry in Nay Pyi Taw in the morning on Wednesday.

Speaking on the occasion, the Union Minister for Legal Affairs Union Attorney General Dr. Thida Oo said that the corruption can be committed in various forms in various fields. If a corrupton is committted, the action will be taken under the Anti-Corruption Law as well as self-esteem and integrity in the social circle will be destroyed.

Therefore, the public service personnel need to serve the duties with integrity, responsibility and accountability, transparency and fairness. With the personnel cleaned from corruption, the clean Government and good governance will be enabled to establish.

Next, the Commission member Daw Kyu Kyu Win gave an opening remark. Then, the officials from the Anti-Corruption Commission gave the talks on the anti-corrupton measures as per the sector.

After that, a group led by ACC member Daw Kyu Kyu Win met with the Corruption Prevention Unit-CPU and discussed the experiences encountered in carrying out the anti-corruption measures, advantages and disadvantages and evaluations.
