Ground Inspection Tour: MoALI DM inspected Pan Hlaing sluice

Deputy Minister for Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation U Bo BoKyaw inspected Pan Hlaing sluice and the status of water flowing of Pan Hlaing Creek in NyaungdoneTownshp of Ayeyawaddy Region in the morning on May 8.

The Deputy Minister met with the personnel from the Department of Agriculture, Irrigation and Water Utilization Management Department and the Department of Agricultural Land Management and Statistics at the ThiriAnnawa Hall in Pyapon Township and gave necessary instructions.

Next, the Ayeyawady Region Minister for Security and Border Affairs Col. Moe Min Naing clarified the edible oil crops special zones, cultivation of major crops in full target acres and the efforts for acquiring target yielding rate and the Directors General of relevant departments explained regarding with work undertaking of the action plans, to be accurate and correct statistics and figure, harvesting model plot and designating representative area. The Deputy Minister gave supplemented discussion on the clarifications of the personnel, it’s learnt.
