Honouring Ceremony: Successful celebration of Thingyan in Myitkyina

A ceremony was held on 20th April to honour the staff who took part in the successful celebration of Myanmar traditional Thingyan Festival in Myitkyina of Kachin State.
Chief Minister U Khet Htein Nan said 2024 Thingyan Festival is the most succcessful one during the tenure of the current administration with more peaceful and successful than the previous years, along with the joyous participation of community.
He expressed thanks to all involved persons for their dutiful performance, and called for unity and harmony with the public for successful celebration in the coming years. This was followed by presenting of cash rewards and certificates of honour to the prize winners and participants.
