Opening of Lu Yay Chun Camp: Shan State Chief Minister opened the Lu Yay Chun camp

The ceremony of 2024 Lu Yay Chun of outstanding students camp was held at the convocation hall of Taunggyi University in Taunggyi Township, Shan State (Sough) at 9 AM on April 28.
First, the Shan State Chief Minister U Aung Aung opened the signboard of 2024 Taunggyi Lu Yan Chun Camp by pressing the auto button and then Chief Minister, State Ministers, Director General of the Department of Advance Education and State education officer Deputy Director General opened the Taunggyi Lu Yay Chun Camp by cutting the ceremonial ribbon.
At the second part of the opening ceremony, the Chief Minister extended words of welcome to the Lu Yay Chun outstanding students and gave necessary advice to observe the traditional customs and handicraft, to uplift the Union spirit and to preserve the traditional cultural heritages.
Next, the Chief Minister provided cash assistance for the students and supervising teachers and a pin badge was affixed to one of student and Lu Yay Chuns accepted the pin badges. Later, wife of Chief Minister affixed a pin badge to one of female students and the State Minister for Social Affairs handed the pin badges and the two students accepted on behalf of all outstanding students.
After that, Shan State education officer and old Lu Yay Chun group (1964-1988 presented commemorative gifts to the Chief Minister marking the opening ceremony of Lu Yay Chun Camp. Then, the Chief Minister and officials posed for the documentary group photo together with the Lu Yay Chun youth and cordially greeted them.
