Sports Sector Development: Trainings of ISPE FC (MYA) Women’s Football Team

Union Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs U Min Thein Zan together with officials observed trainings of ISPE (FC) women’s football team to participate in the AFC Women's Club Championship 2022 (EAST) at WunnaTheikdi Sports Training Center No.3 in Nay Pyi Taw on Thursday.
The Union Minister and party met with athletes and called for taking care of health, fitness and stamina to show their abilities in the competitionwith team spirit and in unity and trying their best in competing with opponent teams and fulfilled the needs on management and support issues for the convenience of the athletes. The AFC Women's Club Championship 2022 (EAST) will be held in Chon Buri, Thailand from 15th to 21st August.
29 athletes including manager/coach from Myanmar will participate in the competition. ISPE FC (MYA) Team will play against Taichung Blue Whale FC (TPE) on 15th August and the Champion Of 2022 Season (THA) Team will compete with ISPE FC(MYA) Team on 18th August. Later, the Union Minister and party supported Myanmar disabled athletes at the 11th ASEAN Para Games via virtual online at Myanmar Olympic Committee Office in Nay Pyi Taw WunnaTheikdi Stadium.
Later, the Union Minister and party observed the practicing Myanmar youths to participate in the first round of ASEAN Youth Debate 2022 via online from 4th August to 13th October.
In the ASEAN Youth Debate 2022, 19 Myanmar youth representatives from Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement and Ministry of Labour will compete in the 1st round events by 3 teams on 5th August.
