Performing Good Deed: Respect Paying Ceremony in Hopone

Respect paying ceremony to elder persons was held at ThiriMigalarBeikman in Hopone Township of Pa’ O Self-Administered Zone, Shan State (South) on Wednesday morning.
The ceremony was inaugurated by reciting NamoTassa three times. Present at the ceremony were Chairman of the Administration Body of the Pa’ O Self-Administered Zone U Khun Ye Htwe and members, chairman of the township administration body and members and many other concerned officials.
First the chairman U Khun Ye Htwe and party paid respect to the elder persons, offering cash assistance. One of the elder personsfrom MyoOo Ward sent prayers and expressed words of appreciation. A total of 144 elder persons of aged 80 and above from MyoOoKwatThit, MyoOo, Tone Kham, A Nauk, A Shayt့ and Taung wards attended the ceremony.
