Guidance for outstanding students: SAC Chairman delivered guidance for outstanding students

The Chairman of State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing met with the 2023-2024 academic year outstanding students and delivered a guidance at Myanmar International Convention Center-II (MICC-II) in Nay Pyi Taw in the morning on 26th April.

Also present at the occasion were the SAC Joint-Secretary Lt-Gen Ye Win Oo, SAC members, Union Ministers, Union level officials, Senior military officials from the office of Commander In Chief, Nay Pyi Taw Council Chairman, Commander of Nay Pyi Taw Command, Deputy Ministers, officials from the Ministry of Education, teachers and 2023-2024 academic year outstanding students, scout youth, Red Cross youth, Maritime and Aviation youth.

First, the SAC Chairman Prime Minister and outstanding students, as the gesture of opening the occasion, the program of “Glittering of shining stars” was opened by pressing the auto button, singing the national anthem in unison and saluted the national flag.

At the second part of the occasion, the SAC Chairman Prime Minister and those who were present at the occasion enjoyed the song titled “Virtuous life of Lu Yay Chun or outstanding students” presented by the artistes from the Fine Arts Department under the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Culture and a Video Clip titled “Lu Yay Chuns to be reliable for the future of the country”.

In his guidance, the SAC Chairman Prime Minister said that the Lu Yay Chun or the outstanding students are the strength of the country and the extremely important human resources for the building of a nation, for the development of the country and keeping abreast with international community, it greatly depends on the capacity of the youth who will shoulder the State duties. So, the youth need to make exerted effort from multiple sources acquired education for being the youth who are full of efficiency and competency and the comprehensive development. That’s why, the State is lifting the youth sector for being the youth who are endowed with five strengths in order to participate in the process of the development of the country. The Prime Minister also gave a guidance for the youth to put strenuous efforts to be outstanding in various sectors and not for outstanding only on the curriculum but also for fulfilling the objectives of learning. By studying to be endowed with the qualifications such as  treasuring the cultural heritages of the country and preserving them, Defense and safeguard the sovereignty of the country, contributing to the neighbors, participating and contributing to the society with the better mind and behaviors and being decent citizens of the country and the globalists etc. 

Next, the SAC Chairman handed the commemorative flags as per the 2024 Lu Yay Chun camp to the Lu Yay Chun or outstanding students and the students in return presented the commemorative gift.

Then, Maung Aung Kaung Pyae who is the triple Lu Yay Chun from Practicing High School (TTC), Kamayut Township of Yangon Region on behalf of the 2024 academic year Lu Yay Chun or outstanding students expressed respectable words of thanks.

After that, the artistes from the Fine Arts Department under the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Culture performed a drama titled “Birth of resources for a bright era” and the artistes from the MRTV under the Ministry of Information, those from the Fine Arts Department under the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Culture, Lu Yay Chun youth, scout youth, Red Cross youth and maritime and aviation youth sung the song of “Capacity of youth” collectively.

Next, the SAC Chairman Prime Minister and attendees posed for the documentary group photo together with the Lu Yay Chun youth. After the occasion, the SAC Chairman cordially greeted the Lu Yay Chun youth.

Then, the SAC Chairman Prime Minister and members, attendees and Lu Yay Chun youth looked round the exhibition booths interestingly.

After that, the SAC Chairman and members enjoyed the lunch together with the 2024 Lu Yay Chun youth, Scout youth, Red Cross youth, maritime and aviation youth, it’s reported.
