Promoting Friendship: DPM MOFA Union Minister receives Indian Ambassador

Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs U Than Swe received Ambassador of India to Myanmar Mr. Vinay Kumar, who has completed his tour of duty in Myanmar, at the Ministry in Nay Pyi Taw on 29th March.

During the call, the Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister commended the Ambassador’s contributions towards further strengthening the bilateral ties during his tour of duty. They cordially exchanged views on matters pertaining to the promotion of the traditional bonds of friendship and mutually beneficial cooperation including the progress of the on-going development projects between the two countries.
